Hospitality
A hotel project combines accommodation, reception, optional food and beverage, and shared spaces into a coherent guest experience governed by a market position and operating standards.
Role of imagery
Visualisation needs to show use as well as décor: arrival, reception, bedrooms, bathrooms, dining, circulation and outside views. It can align the owner, operator, architect and commercial teams before opening.
Plans, sections, room types, brand guidance, equipment schedules, finishes and lighting references form the core brief. Standard rooms should be distinguished from accessible or structurally different variants.
Points to check
An atmospheric image does not demonstrate a hotel rating, regulatory compliance or acoustic performance. Clearances, safety systems and accessible equipment must be checked in technical and statutory documentation.
Practical questions
How many rooms should be visualised?
One view for each materially different room type is often more useful than several angles of the same room.
Can imagery precede final finish selection?
Yes, if it is labelled as a design direction and marketing assets are updated after choices are confirmed.
