Access is limited to VIZION STUDIO personnel and technical providers acting on our instructions: IONOS (hosting), Cloudflare (security and delivery), Resend (transactional email) and Supabase (database and media infrastructure). Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where applicable, contractual and technical safeguards are used.

Retention periods

• contact and prospect data: up to three years from the last active contact;
• customer and accounting data: for the legally applicable retention period;
• security logs: for a limited period proportionate to their purpose.
