Data we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, professional email address, telephone number if provided, and the content of your message. Technical logs necessary for security and operation may also be processed.

• responding to your request and preparing a professional proposal (pre-contractual measures);
• managing the professional relationship and our records (legitimate interest and legal obligations);
• protecting the website against abuse and ensuring its security (legitimate interest).

Recipients and transfers

Access is limited to VIZION STUDIO personnel and technical providers acting on our instructions: IONOS (hosting), Cloudflare (security and delivery), Resend (transactional email), Supabase (database and media infrastructure) and OpenAI (conversational assistant). Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where applicable, contractual and technical safeguards are used.

Conversational assistant (chatbot)

The website offers a conversational assistant powered by an artificial-intelligence service (OpenAI). The content of the messages you type is sent to this provider to generate replies. A copy of the conversation may be emailed to our team ([email protected]) to follow up on your request, and, if you choose to submit a request, your details (name, email, phone) are shared with us for that purpose.

Legal bases: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest (sales follow-up and service improvement). Please do not enter sensitive or confidential information in the assistant. Conversations are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then according to the retention periods below.

Retention periods

• contact and prospect data: up to three years from the last active contact;
• customer and accounting data: for the legally applicable retention period;
• security logs: for a limited period proportionate to their purpose.
