Real estate 3D visualization in Normandy

In Normandy, we have worked with Kaufman & Broad on two residential developments, one on the Channel coast and one in Lisieux. In both cases, the 3D assets first explain the layout and the surroundings, then bring the viewer closer to the homes.

• Les Hauts d’Agon, in Agon-Coutainville (Manche), for Kaufman & Broad: apartments from T2 to T4, presented with an orbital model, a 3D site plan and three renderings.
• Les Hauts de la Basilique, in Lisieux (Calvados), for Kaufman & Broad: a development overlooking the historic centre, presented with an orbital 3D model and exterior and interior renderings.

• Orbital 3D models to present the layout and volumes
• 3D site plans and 3D floor plans to locate and explain each home
• Virtual tours and 360° panoramas to picture the home before handover
• 3D animation films for launches and social media

The studio is based on the French Riviera and works remotely from your plans, elevations and references: no site visit is needed to get started. For a 3D rendering, you receive a first image within 72 hours of receiving the plans.

The brief sets out what makes the area distinctive for your buyers: the landscape, the views, the materials, the relationship with the village or town. Every asset then carries these cues, from the model to the brochure.
