Volumetric, furnished representation of a home floor plan, to make the layout immediately understandable.
A real-estate 3D floor plan turns a technical 2D plan into a volumetric view with furniture, rooms and circulation, to make a home's layout immediately readable. It helps buyers project themselves on listings, brochures and off-plan (VEFA) development pages. Vizion Studio produces a 3D floor plan in 3 to 5 days, adaptable by unit type.
14 3D floor plans delivered

Plan your campaign deliverables3D floor plan example: La Belle aux Bois in Megève
For the EDIFIM development co-developed with CERIM, Vizion Studio produced sample floor plans illustrating the levels, circulation and furniture of the homes. The case study shows views identified by chalet, apartment and floor, within a presentation combining an orbital model, floor plans and virtual tours.
From technical drawing to sales floor plan: useful approvals
A furnished floor plan is a sales illustration. Technical drawings and information approved by your team remain the reference for dimensions and floor areas.
- Provide the dimensioned drawing and identify the layout or unit to represent.
- Approve room layouts and openings before defining furniture and finishes.
- Check unit identifiers, floor areas and orientation when they appear on the material.
- Specify file dimensions and formats for unit sheets, brochures and web pages.
Which 3D floor plan for which purpose?
A 3D floor plan makes a home’s layout readable for buyers who are not used to reading plans. The level of detail is defined in the brief.
3D plan of a home
Each unit type seen from above, with walls in volume, to read the room layout at a glance.
Furnished 3D plan
The same plan with furniture and finishes, to help buyers picture how each room is used.
Sales plan
One plan per unit, with the information useful for sales: number, floor area, orientation.
Floor plate
All the homes on one level, to locate a unit in relation to circulation and the other units.
Print and digital materials
Brochures, unit sheets, property portals or the development website: formats are defined in the brief.
Preparing your 3D floor plans
These items let us produce plans that are faithful to the project and consistent from one unit to the next.
- Dimensioned 2D plans of the unit types, as DWG or PDF.
- The list of units and their types, if one plan per unit is planned.
- Flooring and the kitchen and bathroom fittings.
- The furniture style you want, or references.
- Information to display: floor areas, unit numbers, orientation, legend.
- The expected formats and the development’s visual identity.
3D floor plan or 2D plan?
The 2D plan remains the technical reference document: dimensions, floor areas, contractual documents. The 3D floor plan is a sales tool: it shows the room layout, furniture positions and outdoor spaces in volume.
The two complement each other: the 2D plan for exact dimensions, the 3D plan to picture living in the home.

Before starting your project
Which deliverables are included in the quotation?
Specify the number of layouts and units. Still images and rotating floor plans are different deliverables to scope in the brief.
What budget should I allow for this 3D service?
The budget depends on the number of deliverables, project complexity, level of detail and distribution channels. Share your requirements and documents for a quotation based on the actual scope.
Which documents are needed to start?
Send available plans, material and design references, required views or spaces and your target date. If the brief is incomplete, we will identify the missing information during scoping.
How are timing and reviews organised?
We agree a schedule after reviewing the brief, separating first proposals, your feedback and final delivery. Changes to plans or scope may require a revised schedule.
How does this differ from other 3D services?
A 3D floor plan explains a property’s interior. A site plan places buildings and access routes within the overall development.
How can the deliverables be used and updated?
Formats, permitted uses and any hosting arrangements are specified in the quotation. Tell us about planned updates or variations so we can account for them in the scope.
